I expected to hear the song as the title of the video is:'Jamaica 50 Song Launch'.
Infact, the song is being played in the background. 
After doing looking up: OFFICIAL VIDEO: "On A Mission" [ Jamaica 50 theme song]
I then realised that was the song.

In other videos, I've learnt it was a political decision to choose this song.

It seemed that only the second person: Mr Lechim Semaj(Psychologist), the second person the reporter interviewed exercised common sense and was able to speak freely about that the song.

The song was absolutely rubbish and those who defend it are spineless.
So, why did they pretend it was so wonderful.
Perhaps the spirit of Jamaicans in telling it just like it is, has graduated 
and now everything has to be politically correct to please our bosses.

The song that should have been chosen is :
Mr. Vegas and Friends - "The Voices Of Sweet Jamaica"

With such an important event, the nation should have decided by showing their
preference, the same way they show their support for other artist.
The more decisions the people have a say in, the better off the country will be.
