Thank you for your knowledge and insight on this topic. I have been suffering from painful periods since I can remember and have yet to be diagnosed. I’ve have pelvic exams and just have been told I have cysts but I know something is not right. I’ve have several instances were I had 2 periods in a month and not to long ago had a period that lasted about 2 weeks. I have a phone appointment with OB soon because I couldn’t get an in person appointment until April. I’m trying to get to the bottom of my issue🙁

My issues started when I was 9, but they didn’t diagnose me with endometriosis until they did an exploratory laparoscopy when I was 16. I ended up having to get a partial hysterectomy when I was like 26 (I’m 34 now) but ever since I’ve been dealing with a bunch of new issues. Mostly gi related. It’s horrible
