You all wanted more Onyx content so here it is! I decided to go more simplistic for this animation for aesthetic reasons and because I needed a bit of rest from a heavy project lol
I thought it would be fun to make this all about Onyx and really expressing her personality. I found the song to match perfectly with Onyx's story and morals and I got so excited to run wild with her animation! I decided on a "Queen of Hearts" theme as a way to better show off who she is on the inside. She isn't actually a queen of hearts, it was just for the aesthetic! I'm sure she wishes she were a queen though...

Looking at their character designs, I think jet and onyx are siblings. Also, they are holding hands at the beginning so that explains why they’te holding hands.

I love the queen of hearts theme! I believe that Onyx is purposely pushing friends away (hence the cutting off their heads portion) while the reason is unknown, she’s distancing herself from everyone and it’s affecting her mental state. She wants help but probably doesn’t think she needs or deserves it after pushing everyone who cares about her away. I believe that her previous friends know this too and is trying to find a way to help her before she hurts herself more with this.

I really like this character and I somewhat relate to to her!

Edit: After watching this again it seems Onyx may be feeling rejected and abandoned by her friends and instead of going to them and talking she in turn is blocking them out of her life and now her mental health is kinda going down the drain-
(This may not the case but it's what I gathered from the animation)
