Vegan Food at Wal-Mart | Vegan Shop with Me | Vegan Grocery Haul

Today, I am taking you all into my local Wal-Mart to hunt for vegan food and also to have a little shop with me. Our local Wal-Mart has a ton of vegan goodies and they're stocking more and more everyday! We usually only go in for specialty items like vegan cheeses or meats, but they also have great staples like nutritional yeast as well. Make sure to stay tuned until the end for a little vegan grocery haul and I hope this inspires some of you to check your store out!

Target has pretty good vegan items I found that I can't find anywhere else 💚🌱

I went to buy vegan prepared foods (ground and patty) and was shocked to see they were loaded with bad oils. From all the video I've seen they say not to eat canola, vegetable or rapeseed for example. This is why I'm trying to stay with olive, avocado or coconut oils.

Love it! It’s been forever since I’ve been to Walmart, we don’t have any in the city (NYC) but I do see that they carry a ton of vegan food and have pretty good prices. I might order some shelf-stable items online 🤔.

I would love to see a “pantry staples” or pantry tour. I’ve been obsessed with them lately and I’m sure you’d would be awesome!

I still don't understand why vegetarian and vegan diets insist on imitate food from animals (meat and dairy) It doesn't make sense to me🤷🏻‍♀️
