Another local 'safe' ride in the bag with this one.... Riding probably the most well known cycle path in the area, the Taff Trail. This path starts in Brecon and heads south to Cardiff, on this ride I ride from Ponsticill to Taf Bargoed with my wife.. Rosie. It's quite an easy pleasant route with little or no hills so just mile munching really! As always guy's... Enjoy!

The mountain in mountain biking for me is a distant memory. For you it is still real. Lived in Cardiff for over 30 years and I'd easily move back up now, miss proper hills and trails and the odd mountain, simple. great video.
