This is a must see, your explanation of your standing as a collector of a AV as well as the responsibility of being a curator of the most prestigious AV museums does you and the Tank Museum well. I'm sure we all immensely enjoyed your personal background along with vintage photos of yourself as well as the Dingo's background. A behind the scenes look at the inner workings of the Tank Museum.

Only the British would have umbrellas strapped to the fender of an armored vehicle:) Can't wait for the Market Garden videos...🇬🇷☮️

Thanks + Special thanks for your honesty about the anxiety anyone can face when driving an older vehicle.

David Willey really loves armoured vehicles.
It's great to see someone so passionate about what they do.

I used to not be too fond of David, but I gotta say I have very much warmed up to him and come to enjoy his chats greatly.
Also those photos of him as an younger gent makes it seem his is the second greatest mustache on Bovington.
Cheers lads, another great video :D

A beautiful look into the love affair with a vintage vehicle, military or civilian.

My dad had a Dingo which sadly we had to sell when he passed on. A wonderful and truly unique little vehicle.

Now I want to know how he came to make the switch from fine art to military vehicles!

Reminds me of when I bought my first G.T. 350 Shelby Mustang. Just can't let go. I understand the love you feel for a piece of history. Yours obviously has a bigger impact on how the world unfolded. Very proud of the integrity you spoke of.

I'm a long time follower of the channel and I just saw the Dingo drive through Valkenswaard. Love it, especially the chevron shaped louvres at the back for some reason. It's beautiful, thanks very much for keeping this Dingo going!

Once you get to Arnhem make a hard right and go hell for leather for Berlin. The surprise will be total and Fritz will never see it coming.

I bought a Soviet BRDM-2 armoured recce vehicle back in 2014, when I was 27. It was a former NVA (East-German army) vehicle, and had sat in a museum for years. At the time I really did not have the knowledge for it, the vehicle was not running, not road registered but since we've gotten it running, had a lots of setbacks but it's now road registered and visits events here in The Netherlands.. It's still a piece of armour and tricky to work on, they are big, but there is never enough space to get where you need to get to. I still don't have the knowledge for everything I encounter.. Having an armoured vehicle can be quite a trial.. :)
