I've never seen anyone talk about this but it definitely could save you a lot of time next time you're doing some legends of the veil voyages.

They are also very effective against the Burning Blade ship. Lots of small holes means those skellies are busy with repairs and don't shoot back as much

I suggested this to my friend and we farmed veils really quickly with over 150 scattershot, I'm glad it's getting recognition for how powerful this is for veils.

I always do that to the large fort, it also works for the ships but i usually don't have a lot of scattershots in my barrels

That was my first use for them when they came out! Same with ghost fleets and the flameheart fleet

I used them on ghost ships, they take 3 hits to go down so scattershot is perfect!
