my theory is that romano survived, what happened is that the people working there found out that romano was in extremely bad condition and he was rushed to the toon hospital. his arms melted off, so they had to make his scarf into his new arms.

romano's incident happened on march 14, 2018, when he was tryna make a cake
romano had to stay in the hospital for a few days, to make his scarf feel, and act like arms and hands at the same time, and also be able to hold capacities the same as a normal toon's hand after the incident. it acts like a bionic. the doctor in question is uhh poppy
