What a GREAT session. The instructor is so thorough, articulate, and concise. My new Wolf CSO will be installed soon, and I cannot wait to use it, adapting my former convection cooking skills to both convection-steam and convection-humid modes. Thanks for posting.

I just purchase my CSO wolf 30 m -ser oven pro. trying to learn how to use it . Can you pls guide me on the how much water to put on the water reservoir ? Where do I request the documents that you are showing on these video . Does wolf have a brochure guide for the screen by screen guide how to operate the oven ? Im in Texas are are all show room do this in person show that I can attend ? Thank you for your help.

What about a whole-house water softener system? - is that okay to use? Or is it just as problematic as the whole-house reverse osmosis ?

The link is not working. Would you be able to add a new one, or send me the documents for the CSOP3050TM/S/T? It was just installed and I'm trying to figure out how to do the initial start up to burn everything off. The instructions provided are not clear. Thanks!
