How do you bring notes from a cell on a one work book to another based on a dependency such as an account number or customer name. Example: John smith on one workbook has comments “ordered 2 apples” . On a new work book for the row with John smith, the ordered 2 apples needs to be placed in comments field.

Hello, is is possible that at a specific date it will stop updating from other workbook? For example IF today() is the day 2019-09-09 linked number stop updating and it will be constant number.
