Seasoned raw oysters

[Cooking ingredients]
Salt 2tbsp
A raw oyster 300g
A little bit of green onion
A little bit of radish
Suger 3tbsp
Vinegar 4tbsp
Red pepper powder 4tbsp
Korean anchovy fish sauce 2tbsp
Crushed garlic 2tbsp
Ginger powder 1tsp
Starch syrup 1tbsp
Sesame 2tsp

[Recipe]
1. Slice the radish into small pieces and add 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp vinegar and pickle it for 20 minutes
*The green part of radish is sweeter and more delicious than the white part of radish. The white part is used for soup and cooking

2. Wash raw oysters with 1 spoonful of salt in water and drain them
*It has to be washed 2-3 times to remove foreign substances.

3. Cut the chives into 3cm pieces

4. Don't rinse pickled radish with water! Just squeeze the water and prepare it.
*This way, the texture is crisp and there is not much water when it is seasoned.

5. Put the drained radish in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 4 tbsp red pepper powder, and 1 tbsp ginger powder, mix the seasoning first, then add starch syrup at the end.

6. Add raw oysters and chives, mix gently with your hands, and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete it
