Another different type of video. A look at the definitive stamp set from German Democratic Republic (DDR / East Germany. They featured a wide range of buildings and monuments, some new and some reconstructions of war-damaged buildings what were the buildings featured and are they still there.

I made this video at the same time as the D. J Hanson Approval book video on my new tripod and again had an issue with focus breathing. The autofocus might make you feel seasick.

Hi. The German wikipedia article says that both the large and small formates were valid until the end of GDR 1990. And as both came out about the same time, it can be assumed both had been used alongside all the time. I also used to have lots of those, from a relative who lived in East Germany. Just, why there were two different formates in the first place, I don't know either. Could be cost cuts, as GDR was in constant underfunding status from start to end (You know, communism ...). FYI
