There’s something I’ve always liked about treating space missions to the moon like everyday commercial air travel.

If inflation stays at the same average rate as it has been over the last 75 years, that pillow and blanket cost the guy less than $10 in today's dollars, and they had to boost that mass to the moon. That's not expensive. It's dirt cheap.

$125 for a pillow and blanket, damn 😂

I love this music.

Landing sequence: They'd enter into orbit first, then decelerate in stages. The final trajectory would most likely be at a failsafe impact zone a safe distance from the base. Only after the engine proved functional, and able to check the velocity would they modify their aim point at the landing pad. Even then, the pad would most likely be some distance from the habitation modules.

The gravity on the moon seems....normal 1g for the inside of the architecture. I can't recall any special shoes, and artificial gravity isn't clearly defined in the movie.

I'm sorry but calling Humans "World Eaters" doesn't inspire some negative introspection.

It just sounds to badass. LMAO

So the vessel is clearly under aceleration and they float around weightless

This film was an incredible disappointment. It did look nice though.

Oh no wonder the pillow and blanket is so expensive. It’s Virgin Atlantic. I guess Richard Branson is trying to get some of that money back for the his failed virgin Galactic space program

Why is the gravity on the moon the same as on Earth? And when they were flying the moviemakers could atleast botter to put some hat on the old man to cover the long hair that falls down

you can tell they did NOT do any research.. even the plumes while in space look not only incorrect but like a joke.

I think the problem with this film was the colour grading. It just seemed off.

When will we see a movie show some kind of advanced propulsion one stage to orbit vehicle?

danmang

How are people just walking around when gravity is 1/6th that of earth?

I have received and apprechiate your message.
The Hydroponic study is a study and considered self supply case worth to know how to supply one self and others ...
beside all the other huge amout of skills.
