My husband's lives my Catfish too. I use buttermilk cornmeal, but I wet my Catfish, in buttermilk. Lightly. An then cover with cornmeal. Those hush puppies looked good too. An Cole slaw always goes good with Catfish. Love you from Nashville Tn.
