They mentioned that their RJO model is no longer being made by Incredible Tiny Houses (ITH), so I just wanted to mention for anyone who's interested that ITH is currently making an even less expensive 8x16 tiny called the Incred-i-box out of steel panels vs. wood for $20k (prices will likely rise at some point due to increased materials costs). They also offer a 20-foot version for $25k, as well as a 10x20 tiny for $50k, and a variety of other options. Solar power upgrades also available.

Acorn Bell is a picturesque location I like the diversity of those living there. Oh my, Absolutely love this segment, couple and their beautiful home. We vacation every year there and I remember this year passing this home visiting our friend Lynn there, thinking what an adorable yellow house! And was fascinated how small it looked on the outside and wondered about the inside being livable. Needless to say, not only livable, but what a beautiful and comfortable home!! They’re adorable, such talented, loving and kind people, and their tiny house is so homey and cozy. My suggestion, paint the front door either the same soft turquoise, or a really happy orange or peach color... I love how they have everything in there and yet it’s not at all cluttered. Just right.
