This I due to the air resistance which the air is applying below the paper, that's because the paper falls a bit later than the registerer, not because of the heavier weight of the registerer. If we try the same activity in a room which has no air (vacuum), both object will fall at the same time

Before falling....due to air resistance... register has fallen faster than paper....this is the concept...You are really great sir...

Gravitational force acts equally on all objects of any mass.
When 2 objects do free fall then the object with less mass faces a lot of air resistance than that of object with heavy mass as a result the object with less air resistance or with more mass falls faster than tha other.
However if this is done in a vaccum than both object will fall with same speed.

Sir due to presence of air the paper takes time but when we put paper upon register then there will be no space for air to pass away so they both will fall together

This is for the air which resists the paper to fall, for its weight to area ratio...
If we do the same experiment in vacuum, they will fall at the same time

Paper falls after the register because of air resistance. It can't oppose the air resistance as much as register. But when it is put at top of the register, it couldn't be affected by air. Air only resisted the register, but couldn't resist the paper.

The movement of the book through the air creates a region of low pressure behind it, which, in turn, generates a suction force that holds the paper in place. This suction force, resulting from the flow of air around the book, counteracts the effects of air resistance and prevents the paper from coming off. Therefore, it is the combination of Bernoulli's principle and the atmospheric pressure that explains why the paper remains attached to the book. You should have crumbled the paper instead of flat paper behind the book. Correct me if I am wrong. And No I am not trying to be rude. Just wondering.
