No need to fall down when the topic turns to free fall. This video tutorial lesson defines free fall and describes the changes (or lack of changes) in the position, velocity, and acceleration over the course of a free fall motion. Numerical data, dot diagrams, vector diagrams, and velocity-time graphs are presented for both falling and up-and-down motion. The video emphasizes the meaning of the free fall acceleration. A Learning Action Plan is provided at the end of the video.

Sir ! I have a question.
When a ball is thrown up its velocity is decreasing uniformly i.e: 9.8ms-1 each second.
But when we draw displacement time graph for upward motion the slope(which represents velocity) is variably decreasing. Why is that? Should not it be Uniformly decreasing straight line slope?Sir please help me with this confusion.
