Can you please tell me why my fps display and the fps on the client is 30-40.While on other clients it's 400-700??

This client has really good and insane FPS boost, (My FPS in multiplayer is 2400-1500 and my laptop is Very low end while in singeplayer I get 500-700) but my only problem with it is that the version is really old and cant be changed as of now

yo guys, i am here to tell you that this aint safe bruh.. Im legit not a bot and all these bots r commenting allat, to test the safety of others i purchased a laptop for a hundred dollars and downloaded it, it ran on decent fps but my mouse started moving weird. It takes over your pc, making it so you can not do anything.. Potentially even system locking it.
