What you need for about 6 bowls
〇 Water 1500cc
〇 Miso                8 tbsp (adjust)
〇 Pork belly sliced           250g
〇 Daikon white radish          200g
〇 Carrot               150g
〇 Shiitake mushrooms         3
〇 Green onion             1/2
〇 Green onion             for topping at last
〇 Gobou Burdock 150g
〇 Sesame oil
〇 Dashi packs 2 packs
〇 Shichimi chilli powder for topping

〇 1 tbsp of miso for 200cc of water is said to be the best(adjust)
〇 There are many kinds of miso in Japan. I used Aji no Kyouen Miso
〇 You don’t need to make Dashi water if using Dashi included Miso
