CSX I031 lead locomotive after hitting a Cement truck

On the morning of 9/21/23,CSX I031 would hit a concrete truck on Big Oak Rd at CP TL in Bucks County, PA. I work for a western class one and from the way it looks the fact that she's still on the rail and able to move is a miracle in itself, I'm guessing the crew besides a new pair of underwear are OK. Damn idiots continue to get in front of that little 10ft section that we call the danger Zone.
