This is using "polar modulation" stereo, right? It's a different system than the "pilot tone" MPX stereo used on the 88-108 MHz FM band.

I also hear "Radio Stefan" very clearly... Perhaps, the station name was changed?

Radius FM is working in Polar modulation stereo. Altough I know they have done tests with CCIR stereo. It might be possible your Sony decodes Polar stereo but not 100% sure yet.
