So many great details in this. 😂😂 In Brian's review, his employee ID is just 12345678 because he just doesn't know, and on Amanda and Matt's it's his actual ID. Brian still writes "other boss Matt." And for purpose, he wrote "get promotion, make $$." In the top right, he put a reminder to ask about the sherpa refund. 😂😂

So funny! I was laughing at Brian giving himself a 9 and a 7, but then the managers' version had a 0 and a -1 and I lost it. None of them could stick to a simple 5 point scale.

Also, good to see Kate again. Love her reactions.

I have a degree in HR, and self evaluation is the worst thing to do for performance reviews. I had to do one for a company I worked for and gave myself 4 and 5, because my eyes I was doing awesome. My boss gave it back to me and told me to redo it. I refused, and told him, it’s my evaluation, not his. He just wanted it to match his so he did not have to explain why he gave me three.

Haha these guys crack me up! Kate is a low key pot stirrer! I love how they give him grief over his 9 on a scale of 1-5 yet give him a 0 and -1 LOL! Keep up the great comedy!

Brian needs "my other boss" position....he does a great job....did 2 power points and presented it despite staff cutting him off, he worked well with his co-worker with coordinating the edible arrangement company party...give him a salary increase and bonus for the outstanding work he does
