How To: Smiteless Leash Blue Golem

7/25/13 Edit: This is oudated now. Jungle mobs all spawn at 1:55, so smiteless leashing for Season 3 is conducted by the two closest lanes assisting and putting damage on the designated buff monster until it's low, then backing off. Golem/Lizard EXP was buffed, so they always guarantee level 2 as well.

Due to the sheer amount of APCs that are completely useless to their junglers (see: team), I decided to post this, because this should be common knowledge by now. For whatever reason, it is not. I mean, this dates back to Dreamhack, doesn't it?

So, here is how to stop looking like a complete tool in ranked when you call APC and don't know how to leash blue when your jungler asks for a smiteless leash. This is sometimes called a "superman leash." It works on both sides, though leashing red this way is a bit more difficult and I'd recommend just adding damage to it if you don't have a hard CC for it.

It's so easy, the whole family can do it!
