OnePlus 13 Mini, The Best Got Smaller! | TSW233

The OnePlus 13 Mini, or possibly 13T Mini, is a rumoured upcoming smartphone boasting most of the same premium specs in a compact form. In this week's show we check out those leaks and rumours for the OnePlus 13 Mini, which should hopefully launch globally in the next month or two.

One of my favourite smartphones of 2025 so far being shrunk into a compact form is the best news I've had since I found out that lump was just an old pork scratching that got stuck to my under-region. The OnePlus 13 Mini will sacrifice some of that Hasselblad camera tech in its size reduction. However, you can still expect a massive capacity battery with super-fadt charging.

Likewise, the OnePlus 13 Mini, or 13T Mini, should deliver slick Snapdragon 8 Elite performance. So gaming should be a breeze, while OxygenOS will be as nippy as ever.

To be a mini phone it needs to be 5 -5.5 inches, other than that size it's huge

01:30 The S25 has the same dimensions as the Galaxy S6, which had a 5.1" display. S25 is also only 10mm taller and 1.4mm thinner than the Galaxy S3 Neo, which had a 4.8" display. How is the S25 "not small!!!1!1!!" just because the display is 6.2"?

EDIT: FOR THOSE LACKING IN THE CRANIUM, I PROVIDED THE DIMENSIONS BELOW.

S3 Neo: 136.6 x 70.8 x 8.6 mm
S6: 143.4 x 70.5 x 6.8 mm
S25: 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm

As you can see, S25 is not even any wider than any of these phones, only barely taller than the S6 and 10mm taller than the S3 Neo. They are all the same width and almost the same thickness.

just got the screen and battery replaced on my Pixel 4a, so I'm good til 2027 or 2028. I would have bought a new phone but couldn't find anything I liked under 6 inches. The industry is missing out by not adressing the needs of the tiny-hands market (or putting it more charitably, those who don't want something that's unjeansable, or is overly obtrusive in a suit jacket). What a weird industry -- so much variety, so few real alternatives!

Random idea, if you wanted to do a kind of Anti-MKBHD car review type show you could probably get into reviewing the more affordable but good value for money EVs out there. Either that or just review the same cars whilst treating the highway code as something more than just a paperweight.
