I got normal pack and separate a carry bag and chaeger from aliexpress the charger is fake but nothing changes same quality 2 separate batteries original its good you should look for the wifi extender that adds range to tello and diminish the frame loss

"high as it can". No, the height limit is 99 feet, you are at the pre-set limit of 30 feet. Can't recall the setting part but you simply slide it up if you want to go higher. NOTE: wifi starts to get weak when up at 100 feet and flying away from you so maybe get the xiaomi wifi extender 2 from amazon for <$20. Also note: the extender is very stupid to set up compared to other wifi etenders. Also make note when setting up your adapter that in the app to setup you say you are from China, otherwise it will not show up to in menu selection.
