There should be a collab / challenge where:
1) a simmer makes a build but really tries to describe what and how they are building it.
2) another simmer tries to recreate the build BUT with only the audio from the 1st part.

Similar to those audio only make up tutorial challenges.

James! You should recreate all lots in Oasis Springs into modern homes! You can have the huge expensive modern home areas and then smaller homes that are still modern and lux looking! That would be awesome! Like high roller Las Vegas!

I tend to use the apartment mailboxes when a regular ground mailbox just doesn't work... and they are functional, also the garbage disposal. (I have both items saved in as a "Room" in my library to be able to access them in a world that's not San Myshuno.) #justsayin

Absolutely stunning! I’m not really a black and white fan but I’m obsessed with how clean this looks!! I imagine the Mikitani family from Deli’s Hampton Falls LP having this as a vacation home! Beautiful build!

honestly? a therapist owns this house. Like, a rich celebrity therapist who sees their rich celebrity clients inside their own home away from the public eye. Idk why but this is just a (super nice) therapist's house.

I’ve been missing the build videos so I’m going back and rewatching some of the previous ones. While all James’s builds turn out well, this is one of the ones that really shines for me. It’s just beautiful and you feel like you would want to live in it, especially if it came with a view. :D

I think this looks awesome! I enjoy watching the tiny house build videos but I don't really play in that style home because I usually play with 2 or more sims - this is something my sims could actually live in, so it is doubly enjoyable.

As long as there is a roof above it then it won't get snowed on and there is a nice transgression to the part that does get snowed on. When season first cameout my sims lived in a house that washad 1 floor sunken into the ground and there was like a sort of inner courtyard to it but at the side of the house I had like a little bit or the first floor overlapping and I was happy to see how well it worked with the seasons.
