If I buy the student edition license, it will expire in 12 months and it blocks the use of the software needing to pay again? Or it will not upgrade anymore but I can use normally?

Hello, I graduated with a master's degree from POLITEHNICA National University for Science and Technology - Bucharest, Romania this year. Through my university years I used Fusion 360, but I would also want to try and learn SolidWorks since it's a standard for certain job applications.
