that Getz/Gilberto was about the most valuable album in the lot and you zoomed past it

You blew by some really collectable albums, to many for me to list
I would've loved to have went through them after you were through.

I seen enough albums you left behind to make a knowing person really real happy. Some very big hitters stayed in the boxes.

I'm howling over here in Australia....you Americans have no idea how lucky you are to still have all that 50's and 60's stuff around

You missed some good ones, worth more than some you picked!! JJ Cale, Getz Gilberto for sure

I can't believe the amount of great saleable albums you left. The Mike Bloomfield, Steve Crooper album would be worth a lot.

I''m glad you're keeping Hard Promises. Surrounded as it was by some other classic Petty releases, I feel it often goes under the radar, and it's one of the most underrated albums of that era.

That very first box you walked up to, was full of records I would've bought. Good stuff right there.

Yeah.. I was rooting for you to pick up Getz Gilberto on Verve.. looked like NM. And some of that early Rock n Roll and Doo Wop ! I am enjoying this flip video.. at 3.00 per record, I might be a little selective as well ! 😊

The best album is Laura Nyro's New York Tendaberry (1969), tbe artistic pinnacle of modern songwriting. Nyro was David Geffen's first artist under management and by 1969 she made him a millionaire twice over. He considered her the greatest artist in contemporary popular music. He was correct. Nyro "probably influenced more successful songwriters than anyone " Elton John, 2007.

Mountain Man Picker: thanks for posting. At 8:15: WFIL was a BIG AM radio station in the 60's and 70's in the Philly region. Before I started listening to FM rock stations. Also the Donovan album you picked "Barabajagal"(pronounced Barra-Ba-Jag-Ull) has Jeff Beck on guitar on the title track. Good song. Cheers!🥨

Lot of good stuff there for $3 each. As others have said, Earth Island We Must Survive, great one. That JJ Cale and Will the Circle be Unbroken, are really good records. The Getz album and some other jazz, Who's Next and some other would of been good pick ups.

The Who "Who's Next" original issue on Polydor. That one has value to it even in fair condition. Not to mention how great the music is. I have almost every album you picked out and some you didn't. The difference between my collection and most every collection I see, is that my Albums are in mint condition. Fun pick though. Albums galore...even in the Mountains!

That first box looked good... For $3 each I'd pick up those doo wop bands in a heartbeat (I'm in England we don't see those so often, rock and roll era obscure stuff, black vocal groups, lesser known rockabilly artists etc, they command good prices with a younger crowd, and those will be long out of print I'd imagine). I'd definitely take early r&b, and jazz records, even reissues, over common rock records all day. I'd pick up Paul Revere and The Raiders over rough Bob Dylan too, but you know your customers, so fair enough.. I have a store, sometimes I have to auction batches of Dylan albums, they're so everywhere. I find classic rock era harder to move. Eighties and nineties are hottest right now...Enjoyed your vid tho, keep on truckin!

Wish I could have been to that sale. It was really hard to watch this video but really enjoyed your finds. Have to find your eBay store.

You got some good ones. I noticed a Cowsills LP's in there that might have been good choice for 3 bucks. Also, a little run of DC5 that might have also been good. But then, I like 60's music.
