For that price its more than likely going to be a highly detailed facade, similar to the Malfoy Manor. Lots of small pieces to make up the high piece count.

Seems too few pieces to really be a modular, and the price still seem pretty steep. If it is open back but with a large facade and it has some new villains it could, maybe, be worth it. Still I'm hyped for it. I hope we get The Ventriloquist, Mad Hatter, and hopefully Hush and Rat Catcher. Maybe even some henchmen like Rhino or Captain Clown would be nice, and the first lego hyenas.

For me the set has to be: 1 dark 2 modular and 3 has to have a big Clayface fig. I buy Wedy no matter how much it costs

I think the brick count says it all - it will most likely be a detailed facade-type set rather than a full building, enclosed on all sides, which would obviously be our preference but yeah……hope I’m wrong…..

It will be without question a disappointment. Just like the X-mansion. These lego sets make me think of british chocolate bars. For the same price you get so much less product than you once did.
