President Joe Biden greets China's President Xi Jinping in San Francisco

President Joe Biden and China’s Xi Jinping opened their first face-to-face meeting in more than a year with a solid handshake.

The two leaders are meeting at a bucolic country estate outside San Francisco. They're looking to get communication back on track after a tumultuous year.
