Idk why people are reacting so negatively to the review? It’s a review and opinion from the customer. I don’t think the one who put the review down were sounding like a hater or anything. From the video I can’t see the gloss looking buildable but it was a pretty shade indeed. I can agree as to why the customer thought that way or maybe it was just her lip color being darker which does not make lip gloss show that well.

Well tbh I dunno about the vide but I can see why someone could be disappointed based on the photo on the site. The lighting in the listing photo makes the result look totally different to me. I'd be really upset if I ordered based on the site's photos and got the results shown in this video.

When you run a business, not every review is going to be positive. It’s just something you have to get used to, you can’t expect for people to not have their own thoughts and opinions.. This is just not the way to go about negative reviews at all, I would never purchase again seeing this reaction to my review. Try using reviews to IMPROVE instead of trying to PROVE them wrong. This video genuinely just proved them right as well, the color didn’t seem to change after any of the applications. I still think it’s a cute gloss and I wouldn’t have given 1 star but I guess it was a deal breaker for them that it wasn’t buildable

This time the customer is totally right, that gloss is not building at all. It looks the same after each swatch. Maybe its the lighting or camera but I’m with the customer on this one.

Ok so i screen-shoted the first and third passes from the video and swatched the colors side by side. There was a very small and subtle difference in shade. I dont know anything about lip glosses or you so that could be completely normal but yeah, if i ordered it thinking I could layer it to a visible difference and got this I'd be a little annoyed too. Again though, i know nothing about lipglosses or even makeup for that matter- also also no hate! I love seeing women persure their dreams and businesses! Just kinda weired out that you felt the need to make a whole vid over one 1 star review lol.

I agree with some of the comments I see. You can't force somebody to give you a good review, but if you want to prevent people from just review bombing you you should definitely add verified purchase. That way you will know if it's a troll or somebody that actually made a purchase. Unfortunately there's people that like to leave one star reviews without even buying the product just to be a jerk
