Why in this day and age, (its 2018...etc) have we not figured out that the government at all levels need to focus on ensuring all Canadians have reliable, affordable access to basic life sustaining infrastructure. How are we distracting ourselves with feelgood virtue signalling when people don't have reliable drinking water, Montreal and Victoria dump raw sewage, the north can't get affordable nutritious food, Alberta can't export oil and access to rail for grain is pinched, and you can't take bus in western Canada. We need to build the basic infrastructure to ensure people can live, make a living communicate and get around. Only then should we try virtue signalling policies. Water, food, waste management and accessible transportation are basic Rights.

What is the cause of this fire? The elephant in the room nobody wants to talk arson is a local issue that needs to be dealt with by the community. I feel for all those affected in the area.

We have a military so let's use it. Have them bring in what is needed. Are you listening Mr. Priminister? Or do you even care?
