Just started reading this book; absolutely blown away as a new student of the culinary arts (which is not my career but a passion I have recently begun to explore). The illustrations and explanations add so much depth to food and cooking which really allows me to deeply appreciate the simple, yet intricate, process of doing things such as smoking a rack of ribs in the backyard.

Wish I could afford the set of $600. I just started cooking with the pandemic and I am realizing technique is everything!
