The webinar recording unveiling the newly developed comprehensive search capability for drones that will allow remote pilots to more effectively conduct search and rescue operations using the UgCS platform.

The functionality is developed for UgCS, the world’s premier provider of mission planning software for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), together with public safety and disaster response UAS experts Airborne Response®.

The new software enhancements will provide users with a variety of quickly customizable search patterns such as the “expanding square” and “creeping-line” that can be easily deployed in emergency and non-emergency situations. The functionality is presented by UAS experts of Airborne Response® and SPH Engineering and is planned to be publicly available in UgCS starting version 3.1.

Amazing. Could this be used at low levels say, 3m high to closely survey crops (to spot the the location of the very first outbreak of pests, from the leaf deformity or discoloration that they cause)? - and could it footage the video/photos, so i can review the footage from the office, and when I spot something, I'll know where it was ?

What is the "estimated" time frame for iOS integration with UgCS? Our whole department is set up with iOS so we are pretty much dead in the water in terms of utilizing this technology at the moment.
