Thank you! This is the solution for me, and it´s free. Maybe other [online] applications are great, but I don´t feel like sending to an unknown server emails and attachments that could be confidential.

I'm curious as to what program you used in recording your desktop as you walked us through the steps. It was very high quality. Also, did you edit it after you had recorded it? If so, what software did you use for that.
