RMD tutorial - Anime / Manga Drawing Coloring Tutorial 【KHR : TSUNA 】

I made this video in a rush so sorry for the mistake and sloppyness ..DX if it's too fast you can pause..
The cellshading pic and painting took around 20min, and the watercolor pic took around 10 min (coloring only)

So I was just forced to learn on my own for a bit...
Now.. today.. I've just finished watching and I'm like jawdropping on how clear this is... Like really!!! THANKS A LOT!
I really recommend for everyone to try and play around some painting programs first before really understanding this tutorial!

I forgot to mention it in the video, you know the three tiny circles near the brush settings? They are for pen pressure

OH MY GOD. THOS VIDEO WAS A REVELATION.
First of all I finally found a way to develop my own style, and so you became my new art idol. Your style is freaking amazing. I always remain speechless after seeing you draw!
Then I learned how to do that darn cellshading I never get the hang of.
But... thestep after cellshading. OMG. Pure revelation. I really couldn't understand how to do it but it was s cool effect and now- ASDFGH THANKS.
And also your watercolour style seems sooo fun I'll give a try to watercolorish things! :D

she's talking about the "lock alpha" (see the bar on the left side at 1:00) and it makes it so that you only color on the parts of the layer that have already been colored on. so for example if you had a black lineart and you wanted to make it red, you could select lock alpha and scribble anywhere on the layer and only the lineart would change color (you wouldn't have a giant red scribble)

I have art class in school :) haha but yea real art class is always a plus since you get to know the basics and everything and it forces you to try different styles/objects you wouldnt have done otherwise, so it's good practice! But dont forget to always stick to what you really want to draw sicne I know some teachers can be quite controlling!

The actual brush settings with the bars, you just need to click on them (and they will become black) if you only want a little pen pressure you only need to click on the first one, but if you want more, click on the others too.
