I know it may seem unlikely due to their condition, but part of me thinks it CAN be rebuilt somehow. We have the technology to recreate Animatronic Parts and moldings from the plastic shells that were made to make them, It just takes alot of time and skill to accomplish it.

I got the head from one of the Oregon stores that closed. We are doing our best to fix him 💔 He isn’t too bad off but if you are interested in parting with any parts let me know! I would love to fix him up for my son with the most original parts possible. Glad I wasn’t the only one dumpster diving to save CEC from the landfill

I think of the ChuckE mask you can just glue the pieces back on or just call somebody that can like repair the mask and then you just send them a photo and then boom it's just fixed but I think you're going to have to give that data sour cuz it's not clean
