My mom does cash for me, my husband and my brother. She gave my daughter some fun random stuff and a gift card for 2 of her favorite things. I had my daughter pick out a couple small gifts for my mom bc we lost my dad in Sept and she had made a comment that since hes gone she wouldn't get a present. I couldn't afford much but wanted to show our love & appreciation for her.

I’m 23 now. When it comes to Christmas, I typically just ask for gift cards because I never know what I want to get. In addition, everything that I would be interested in getting seems to typically arrives months after December 😅 However, I do feel bad for my parents who try to figure out what they want to get me for Christmas each year but maybe I’ll have something that I want for my birthday in a couple of months to make up for it lol
