Very useful, thank you! Yes I think you are right. People here in Australia often say they are tired when what they really mean is they are sleepy, it's true.😊 But they are different feelings. We probably wouldn't say we are sleepy after exercise (when what we are really feeling is truly tired). But maybe towards the end of a long day in the city, especially with career people, they are both tired and sleepy (before going to bed). And so you will hear people say that they are tired and then they'll walk off to their bedroom.😂 Once we are in bed, maybe after half an hour or so when we are more ready to actually go to sleep, we would say to our partner that we are sleepy (for example). So I suppose sleepy to us really means "I don't want to talk more, I'm going to try to sleep now". So we try not to interrupt people who have said that they are sleepy...😉

I adore how short your videos are in a useful way, whereas other channels tend to go off-topic or too much into details which takes a bit too long to watch.
