A short update on the Opuntia that was dying back a few months ago. Having dug it out of the main bed and potting it up in a terracotta pot with good drainage, it's picked up and is growing well.

Your instincts were right- to put it in another area to see if it would thrive elsewhere and it DID 😀. So well done you! Of course it’s a Prickly Pear- I knew but only just realised in this video. ( always seen larger specimens) I had a quick look at the channel you recommended - I will have to set some time aside to look at it properly-👍- can’t do it justice at the mo.
