I remember this. As he described it, her mental illness was so severe it made her believe she was dead, & she had a condition she could not recognize facial features. He actually ended up saving her life & getting her the help she desperately needed. It took him killing that Doctor to do it, but then it IS Hannibal.

A Sociopath is still a human with suppressed empathy and sympathy while a Psychopath is void of both concepts.
