It's on the website. BBC also covered a story how the billboard backdrop was taken down yesterday; not long after comes the billboard owner onto the scene, who knows how valuable that "canvas" was, gets into a scuffle with whoever was 'cleaning' the billboard up. Banksy has arrived!

@Serial520 don't you think it's more about the message behind the piece? i'm not necessarily saying this piece in particular, but i think some of banksy's work is quite clever. it has a political message and is done in quite a clever, witty way. isn't that why people like his stuff? he didn't always have this hype and media attention surrounding him, that was a result of the popularity of his work. he didn't always do stencil work either. he can actually draw.

This seems like an evolution of the original which just had the drunken Rat. without the tongue on a blank Billboard. Wonder iza it the same stencil.

@commentguy69 no but he started that fresh shit of using content in billboards and combining it with graff. Banksy knew he was in LA and wanted to do what was fresh in LA.
