Great video Glenn. I look forward to using your locking levers as I have experienced the same frustration with the bolts and wrench system. Your video does a great job of explaining how to set up the system and I'm sure I will have a great experience with them. Thanks again for making these commercially available!!

Glenn,
Love the nostalgia of the historic shop. So glad I was fortunate enough to visit and work in that hallowed hall. The coring system is on my short list of tools—these handles will definitely be a part of my kit!!! Regards.

Thanks for the innovative upgrade Glenn. I ordered a set for a friend who has the coring system and let’s others use it.

Glenn - super informative as always - thanks very much. I was particularly interested in your comment on the dovetail jaw, as my experience is that that for coring, the dovetail shape tends to initiate the foot breaking off during a bind or catch, so I had resorted to overtightening the serrated jaws. I will adjust my spear-point scraper angle and give the dovetails another try (perhaps I had too much angle on my foot?). Do you have any insight on sharpening the oneway knife blade inserts?
