thankfully in my palace dave i got ucl first season and only got a offer for olise and priced him out. sold anderson and doucore replaced them fairly easily

This is where I go wrong, I keep on selling players but then not bring in replacements meaning the squad dynamic is all wrong. I then not on purpose overpay for players which in turn a) teams won't want to buy when I want to sell and b) I managed to get Newcastle United relegated and nearly got them bankrupt (this was on a online save I'm in with some random guys who I play with 2 days a week but not in the other league which I just joined a week or so ago).

Does anyone have any clue to get a board to approve coaching credentials? I have A+ rating from Board and Fanbase and club continue to refuse to allow me to improve from Continental C license, I feel like I am going to need to leave the club and chose a different team just to progress (which sucks as a rebuild).

Im sorry but placing job adverts for staff is seriously a waste of time. They only come back with shitty staff. Do it yourself through the staff search only.

Even with 20 staff ability attribute the technical director will always bring horseshit staff to the club. Just sack everyone who is not good enough, and get the best staff yourself. You only have to do it once with a big club. With lower leage clubs is even easier, becouse the less number of staff members. Never let other steff member to hire staff to u teams. Personality matters and for example and english tech dir. only looks for english staff. But there is a lot of better coaches from brazil who asks for low wages.

The technical director gets horrible staff. Like he gets set piece experts with 4 in set pieces. I have the best technical director you can get.
