I'm quite interested in these I've read that you can install these to a regular headlight on the original bulp mount, is that correct, also I'm very interested are these available in europe with the E stamps?

Do these bulbs have a long warm up time? I remember reading that the early hids could take up to a minute just to reach full brightness. Is this still an issue? I'd like to do a retro fit, but only if the hids turn on as quickly as the halogens.

when putting these in dual beam headlights 9ones with high bulbs and low bulbs) do you put these in place of the low beams and have the high beams actuate the cutoff?
