As a business owner, I know how hard it is to to leave our baby (our company,) to travel across the world —-

After 16 years of building my company from the ground up, I’ve learned to master the 4 LEVELS OF LEADERDSHIP - which is the only way to do things like this, and have your company elevate while you’re away - and the only way to truly scale!

I’m so far off the grid - in the remote island, off the coast of Sierra Leone, West Africa, called Banana Island - also toke beach, & more!

There’s so much more I will be sharing with you all from this - as I was in places, unknown to the history books.

As I take time to reflect on this recent journey throughout Sierra Leone, I remember how I was feeling this feeling of being overwhelmed, of fear, the night before my wife and I were packing to fly out — what about my company , what about if something happens to us - our kids ?

This is what always happens each time you go out of your comfort zone, and by doing it while you feel afraid, this is where your courage is discovered — this is where the adventures are created, the shifts in perspective, which can only be done through EXPERIENCE.

This place was beautiful, and yet, horrifying - as the island is a tropical paradise , filled with remnants of structures where the British held the slaves - it’s all very surreal - it’s the beautiful struggle — and inspiring to see how they are rebuilding in amazing ways - I challenge you to SAY YES TO SCARY!

We only get 1 life to live, and investing into EXPERIENCES, is one of the most valuable things you can do —
