Fl as no labor laws in regards to breaks. Under 18 are entitled to a 30 minute unpaid break every 4 hours!! Anyone 18 or over is NOT entitled to any breaks, paid or unpaid no
matter how many hours worked. example - 50
years old - work 10
hours straight with ZERO breaks. No lunch/dinner break to eat or get off your feet. 70 years old - same - no breaks mandated. Most companies allow breaks EXCEPT most fast food places. Wendy’s gives ZERO breaks for employees and managers 18 and over - no matter the hours worked. Pathetic and absolute torture. Are people aware of this??

Do you need to be dismantled . Lifeguard should be paid by the state and very high standard around state of Florida. Lifeguard have obligation to save lives more dangerous work then Paramedic. All of these nonsense and trash needs to be flushed out with new management at the state Paying and monitoring the lifeguards. An evaluation each year for their performance.
