Nobu Shoreditch brings a level of sophistication to Shoreditch and it's surroundings. Part of Robert De Niro's growing set of hotels and the world famous Nobu Restaurants which started out through a chance meeting between de Niro Japanese Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa in one of Nobuyuki's LA restaurants. The pair have since built an uber successful brand which holds it's value to people in the same way Apple or Nike does. It's just reassuringly good. The hotel fits with the work/life balance vibe of Shoreditch and has just the right amount of industrial in it's design. The breakfast is incredible partly due to the fact that their head Sushi Chef has been with Nobu for over 16 years, in fact 30% of the team have worked with Nobu for over 10 years. We can definitely recommend the suite with balcony views over the front of the hotel and their outdoor space and an amazingly tranquil and beautiful bathroom! And even if you don't need a bed, it's just a great place to chill, eat and relax.
