Putin Escalates War, Calling Up 300,000 Reservists

In a major escalation of Vladimir Putin's flagging invasion of Ukraine, the Russian President called up 300,000 reservists and threatened to use "all the means at our disposal" in a fight to the death with the US and its allies. Maria Tadeo reports on Bloomberg Television.
