This recipe is special, it's my aunt Lyuda's recipe from Kakhovka, Kherson region. You use a mash potato poolish (starter) - the texture is fluffy and delicious. You can decorate it with hundreds and thousands or with lemon zest and poppy seeds for a more natural look.
